Basic parameters of electric heat tracing control box

The electric heat tracing digital display control box is a temperature control supporting equipment designed and manufactured specifically for various electric heating systems such as electric heat tracing, electric heaters, electric heating rods, and railway turnout snow melting electric heating systems. The structure of the box and cabinet is simple, reasonable and universal, and on-site installation is convenient. It adopts a unit packaging system, and the corresponding heating system is independently controlled by a control unit; Each control unit is equipped with temperature display, regulation, detection, control of the main circuit, and overload/leakage protection.

The electric heat tracing digital display control box is used for electric heating of pipelines or containers. It is mainly used for electrical control and temperature regulation of heat tracing insulation in all types of pipelines or containers such as fire water supply and drainage pipelines, sewage treatment, petroleum and petrochemical, steel and cement, pharmaceutical and chemical, electric power and environmental protection. The electric heat tracing control box can automatically control the medium to maintain a certain temperature.

Operation method:

After turning on the main switch inside the box, switch to automatic mode on the panel, and set the required temperature according to the operating requirements of the above instrument. Generally, during debugging, an additional 5 ℃ or above can be added according to the on-site meteorological temperature to enter the operating heating mode. Usually, adding around 5.6 ℃ and heating with electric tracing for about 10 minutes can achieve the heating effect. Normally, set the temperature to 6 ℃. After completing this setting, it means that 1 ℃ enters the heating preparation to store heat energy, and when it reaches 6 ℃, the heating stops.

Technical requirements:

1. The application of electric heat tracing materials must comply with the requirements of electrical specifications.

2. The intelligent antifreeze control technology for electric heat tracing should comply with thermal design.

3. Electric heat tracing control and distribution must have temperature regulation, leakage protection, grounding protection, and overvoltage protection.

4. Ensure that the electric heating system is in a standby state during winter and that the system is shut down after operation.
