Fourth quarter

Now, it's time to fight a tough battle, which in a sense determines the success or failure of the battle. Therefore, the requirements for managers are higher. From now on, our managers have three requirements.

1. In terms of mentality, exercise the heart of a king

What is the heart of a king? That is to say, as a manager, no matter what you do, you must be determined to be number one, do your best, and create value.

Two core points:

First, be customer-centric.

Second, it is result-oriented.

Today's best performance is tomorrow's minimum requirement. Every manager should have such a "king's heart" and demand himself with a perfect attitude.

2. In terms of action, you must be able to get involved in the situation

Office General, out of touch.

1. Out of touch with the market

2. Out of touch with customers

3. Out of touch with the team

Home details, location may produce results.

3. In terms of evaluation, managers must be able to meet three standards

Peter Drucker has three loose standards for good managers. I strongly agree with them and will use these standards to loosen you. The three loose standards are:

1. Performance first

2. Cultural inheritance

3. Develop a team

Where is the value of managers reflected? The value of a manager is reflected in his ability to turn decay into magic.

In Q4, every team must develop the spirit of a king. How does a teams aura of kingship come from? It's not something that comes from the mouth, it's something that's typed.
